At HashizPerfume, we want you to feel confident with every order. If you’re not fully satisfied, we offer a simple return process within 7 days of receiving your purchase.

1. Return Eligibility

Items must be unused, in original condition and packaging, with any accessories or free gifts included. Opened or used perfumes, or products marked as final sale, cannot be returned.

2. How to Return

• Contact Us: Email us at Saleshashiz@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery, mentioning your order number and reason for return.

• Approval: Once approved, you’ll receive return instructions.

• Shipping: Ship items back using a trackable method. Customers cover shipping unless the product is damaged or incorrect.

3. Refunds & Exchanges

• Refunds are processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the return.

• Exchanges are possible based on stock availability. Please mention this in your return request.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your product arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, notify us within 5 days with photos. We’ll cover return shipping and arrange a replacement or refund.

5. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns on:

• Opened or used perfumes

• Items without original packaging

• Products labeled as non-returnable or final sale
