Once your order is placed, our fulfillment team begins processing it right away. Most orders are shipped within 1 business day, depending on product availability and the time of day your order is received. Orders placed on weekends or holidays may ship the next business day.

2. Shipping Options

We offer a variety of shipping choices to suit your schedule:

• Standard Delivery – Arrives in 3 to 5 business days, depending on your location.

• Expedited Shipping – A faster option with delivery in 1 to 3 business days.

• Priority/Next-Day Delivery – Available in select areas for urgent orders.

You can choose your preferred shipping method at checkout. Costs and estimated delivery times will be shown based on your selection.

3. Delivery Partners

We ship all orders via reliable U.S. carriers, including USPS, UPS, and FedEx. Each order is securely packaged to ensure that your perfumes arrive safely and in perfect condition.

As soon as your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can follow your package in real-time via the courier’s website and know exactly when it will arrive.

5. Delivery Area

Currently, we ship only within the United States. We are exploring international shipping options and hope to expand globally soon.

6. Shipping Fees

• A flat-rate shipping fee of $7.95 applies to all orders under $70.

• Free Standard Shipping is available for all orders $70 and above.

7. Missing or Damaged Items

If you receive a package with missing or damaged items, contact us immediately. We’ll investigate the issue and work quickly to resolve it—whether by replacement, refund, or store credit.
